We're using Salesforce Trackwise Digital, of which I just became an admin. We have an issue with the approval of the CAPA, as the requirement is that all CAPA Action Plans must be approved in order to approve the CAPA itself. However, one of the CAPA Action Plans is canceled, which prohibits the approval. How can I solve this?
All help is much appreciated! In the mean time, I'll be searching for an answer myself. :)

This issue is coming from Trackwise Digital Workflow rules --> child configuration. You allow parents records to progress only when child record is at certain state . This is configured under TWD workflow rule object .
