#Sales Cloud I have a branch manager who has an admin that sends emails to his accounts in Salesforce. For whatever reason, he can't see the emails that she has sent to an account. He can see all activities being created by his admin (log a call, new task & new event) except for when she sends an email using the "Email" button. They both use the same profile and she has access to all accounts and activities is set to be controlled by parent.
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

@Manoj Nambirajan sorry I forgot to mention that we have "Enhanced Email" enabled so these emails are stored as an email record and not task record. Thank you.
