I am brand new to salesforce and trailhead. I am attempting to download the app starter so I can create a playground on my computer. I keep getting error messages saying to contact my salesforce admin. To my knowledge, I dont have a salesforce admin. Is there a reachback support number or something for saelsforce that can help me with this?
Hey Gary, The playground doesn't technically live on your computer. It's just a Salesforce instance that you can access from anywhere. From what you're describing I'm guessing that you're currently logging into your current Salesforce instance at work and trying to create a Playground. Instead, when on Trailhead, click on your avatar in the top right corner, and click Hands-On Orgs. You should see a button to create a playground there. Let me know if that helps.
