Hey Jodie, thanks for being active in the beta! When it comes to the mobile view, we were attempting to strike a balance with limited real estate so just showing name in a comment and knowing that with one tap, someone can view a user's details (by tapping on their name in a comment).

We did want to assure that when you are mentioning an individual you do see their company information during the lookup to assure you can identify the right individual.
