Here in my Organization i have to create Round Robin Lead Assignment for my Inside Sales Team altogether 11 users for 5 different Regions i.e.,Europe,India,United States,South East Asia,South East Asia and in two regions two users are there,in one region one user is there and remaining two regions two users are there.
Here I have to create the lead assignment rule in such a way that the lead should be assigned in an alternative way like if the first lead goes to user A for india region ,the second Lead should go to User B and again if third lead came that will go to User A only automatically.
i have followed the formula as given in google like created the auto-number field,formula field and put the formula as mentioned as-
MOD(VALUE(Lead_Number__c),11)+1, as I have total 11 users for different regions.
Is it correct?
It will work or not , please anybody can assist me for the above situation.
Any suggestion would be Appreciable.

Great work so far, but as it stands the assignement will not take into account the regions, simply rotate among all users.
I think unfortunately going beyone this base level is not possible out of the box (see limitations noted near the bottom of this article)

However this is a common challenge and there are several apps on the app exchange, both paid and free. USggets you try a couplke of the free ones out to see if they will support your needs. I found this one but have not used it so cannot attest to how good/easy to use etc it is.
