I need to grant access to a custom object's records to clinicians those records have been assigned to (this is determined by an Assigned To field) - these clinicians are not the record owner, as the records are created by someone else. What's the best way to do this (especially without creating a headache if there is staff turnover?) Thanks for your input!

Do the clinicians need to view All records of the custom object? Or only records that meet a certain criteria?
