Hi all, I'm a brand-new, baby administrator. I inherited an org that uses Formstack to provide a few external users a way to collect interview data from clients creating a new record each time. We would like to add the ability to track changes in client data over time. I'm thinking I need to create a new form to create a related record to collect the follow-up data. Is that possible? Does anybody have any resources they can point me to?
