Quite stumped on this,
I have a process that generates a webmerge quote and quote record when Opportunity status is moved to Proposal/Quote.
The process works fine however, once in a while, 2 quote records will automatically generate which is making me confused.
Is there any reason why this would happen? Most times, it will only generate 1 quote record which is correct.

Hi Heng,
One possible reason would be, an existing Process builder flow or workflow rules or trigger on Opportunity that's causing your "Process" that creates the Quote to run twice. If it's random, probably because of specific data in those records.
