All,
I created a custom field (checkbox) on the Account object and I wanted to display this field on Cases on a mini page layout by hovering over the Account link on a Case.
Even though this field exists on the Account I am unable to select this field for my minipage layout. Any ideas why I am unable to select this field and bring in into the Account Mini Page layout? Please advise, thanks.

Hi Jay,
For a field to be available in the mini page layout it must be added to the related page layout first. Try adding it in the page layout then pull it over to the mini page layout. Hope this helps. Let me know if you face any challenges.
