How do i look up who has access to sales force in my company?

Im new to this salesforce. I work for marriott so we are trying to use this to put in work orders and cases n ect. I dont think im an admint but i get ask alot about who has access and i cant seem to see who needs and who has access to salesforce. do i have to be an admint to see this?

    Depending on your permissions, you might be able to see/create a user report. If you can't do this, you'll need to reach out to your admin for an assist. There may also be business rules in place regarding who gets a license and who doesn't that could help provide guidance.
