I have a real problem concerning cross-objects report. My client is an administrator in one country with lilit rights in global level. So, for instance he can't create new customize type of report. 

 

The problem is that they need to have reports with informations from differents objects. Ex: Accounts, Contacts, Products and as they can't create customize report they are oblige to use Excel with Vlookup option to put differents types of information in the same document. 

 

Well, I thought about Appexchange solution, but I don't really have an experience which one to choose and for free? How can I hemp my client to resolve this problem please?

    If you can't create a new Report Type, I would try out Joined Reports. That should get you pretty close. Since they are all related (Account, Contact, Opp, Product), you can join reports that share Lookups.
