In browser notifications require credentials when clicking on them.

I have a user that is bring prompted to enter credentials every time they click on an in browser notifications such as chatter. We have replicated it on multiple networks and with both Chrome and IE. Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions to resolve it?

    Hi Natalie,

     

    Quick Question -- Do you use communities in your org? Also, the user that reported the issue > did he/she have a community and an internal page both open in the browser by any chance? Can you have the user log out, clear cache in the browser, and try this once again?
