My organization is looking to review the Request/Result files for Bulk Data Load jobs that were completed prior to this past week. However, when I go to Set Up>Jobs>Bulk Data Load Jobs, the only files I can see are for jobs "Completed Last 7 Days". Is there a way to access the files related to jobs before this?

As of today, this is a limitations . You can go through the salesforce link where they states this as a limitations.
