How to assign the lead automatically when user choose the time. For ex: there is one picklist field is there name is Shifts. When user choose 8am to 11am shifts lead will be assign automatically to that user. can anyone help me this one.

Hi Mohankumar,
Do you want to assign the Lead to the user who sets the picklist field OR you want to assign to different users based on the shift selected?
