Validation rule to require multiple fields be completed before setting opportunity to closed won

Hi Guys,

 

Please I need your help. I require some fields to be populated before a sales rep can close win an opportunity. I have tried setting up a validation rule (please see below) but nothing seems to be working :(

 

Can someone please help?

    Okay but keep in mind that this Formula

    AND(
    Text(StageName)= 'Closed Won',
    ISBLANK( Account_payable_contact__c ),
    ISBLANK(TEXT(Contract_Version__c )),
    ISBLANK( Contract_Start_Date__c ),
    ISBLANK(TEXT(Owner_Expiration_Notice__c )),
    ISBLANK( Contract_Type__c ))

    Will trigger an error message on any 'Closed Won' opportunity, even if the Opportunity was 'Closed Won' before you created the rule, or before any of those custom fields existed.  

     

    Also, that formula will only trigger an error if the User leaves ALL of the required fields blank.  So in the user could enter just ccount_payable_contact__c and leave   Contract_Version__c Contract_Start_Date__c Owner_Expiration_Notice__c Contract_Type__c blank and not get an error message.

     

    Using this Formula, the rule is trigger when the Opportun ity Stage is changed to 'Closed Won' and is triggered is ANY of the fields are left blank

     

     

    AND(
    ISCHANGED(StageName),
    TEXT(StageName)= 'Closed Won',
    OR(
    ISBLANK(Account_payable_contact__c),
    ISBLANK(Contract_Version__c),
    ISBLANK(Contract_Start_Date__c),
    ISBLANK(Owner_Expiration_Notice__c),
    ISBLANK(Contract_Type__c)
    )
    )
