Use case example:
Automated SMS Message: "You've registered for XXX session. Can you please confirm your ID# and email address by responding to this text?"
Subscriber: "email@email.com, 1234567890"
Representative gets the message, can verify/respond: "Thank you, what do you want to discuss in the session?"
Subscriber: "This topic."
