I've seen a case post feature that when posting on the case, it also posts to a Slack channel (Example: /slack:[slackchannelname] + @this.(case field name) + typed up text).  When the note is posted it then post to the specified Slack channel listed the desired case fields (using @) and any additional text added. This allows replies either on that case post to show up in the Slack channel or replies from the Slack channel to show up on the case post.

I've also been able to insert a linked KB resource into the case note by using /(KB article name).

Is there a way to do a command when posting a case note that will populate text into a text case field.

Let's say I have a text case field titled "Solution" and want to post to the case a comment while including the solution in that comment. Instead of copying and pasting the solution from the note into the field, I'd like to enter it once into the case note and have it auto-populate in the case field. Is this possible?
