My requirement is, I have three dropdown
Dropdown 1 has a value "ABC" and other 5 more values in the picklist.
If user selects the value "ABC" then dropdown 2[Picklist] and dropdown 3[Picklist] has to be disabled. How to acheive this condition through Validation Rule

Hi,
Instead of a validation rule, can you not create a dependency between those picklists and not assign any value to dropdown 2 when dropdown 1 is set to "ABC"?
It woudl be a better user-experience than a validation rule
