Hi Prudence,
You really have 3 options here:
1. You could migrate or integrate this data to Salesforce. This means creating a custom object to contain this data, then either manually importing it using data loader, or building an integration that does it by itself.
2. If your database with the call data supports Odata, you could use Salesforce Connect to directly pull data from it. This is, however, a paid add-on.
3. You could create a lightning component that connects to, and pulls the data out of wherever your calls are located. It would then display a custom chart with this data. This one will definitely need development.
