Error during importing: The link you followed wasn’t valid for your session.

Question

I'm trying to import records that I've uploaded with the Data Import Wizard (by clicking on "Start Data Import" while in NPSP Data Import), and am getting this error: The link you followed wasn’t valid for your session. Return to the previous page, refresh it, and try again.

I've tried deleting cookies, creating a Custom List View, and signing in and out of the Salesforce to work around it, but that hasn't worked.

I'm a new, non-technical user, but I was able to successfully upload some records a few days ago.

Hi Lisa,   Not sure but this can be salesforce side issue.   Can you please raise a case with salesforce support ?   Here  are the instructions.
