On our corporate website, we have used a contact for form succesfully with Saleforce web-to-lead, and have a Process Builder to send the user an email thanking them for contactin us.
We NOW have 3 forms on our website:
1) Contact Us
2) Get a Quote
3) Download a PDF
Based upon research, it appears to be best practice to create a Campaign for each of these, where we have put in the hidden field for the campain in the web-to-lead.
I now need to create an email message to send to the user, but needs to be specific to the web-to-lead campaign they are submitting to.
Salesforce Premier+ can't seem to get their head wrapped around this, and to me, this should be Salesforce 101 stuff. I can't imagine that much larger companies than us have many campaigns where they need an automated email response with specific content associated to that campaign can't get this done.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
