I'm trying to sum the number of cases that have a specific status and status is captured in a picklist value.  I can get a row level formula to return the right values but the limitation of one row level formula means I can't separate the values for "Scoping" versus "Delivery Prep" for instance.

Row level formula (no errors):

case(

Case.Status,"Scoping",1,

"Delivery Prep",1,0

)

Summary level things I've tried:

if(

Case.Status="Delivery Prep",CDF1:SUM,0

)

This is valid but doesn't return any values (ie I get 0 for all rows and summary levels).  CDF is the row level formula.  I've also tried 1 or RowCount in that place.

I tried case() instead of if() but I get an error "Incorrect parameter type for function 'case()'. Expected Object, received Text"

Please help - thanks!

    Isn't  that already visible in the report?

    The "Scpoing Count" for the Case Owner in the top row is 9 and for case Owner in the second row it's 29?
