Report calculating ARPU for new users each month

Hello,

 

I'd like to create a report calculating the monthly ARPU only for users that became paying customers that month. I'd like to filter out, for each month, everyone who has an opportunity in the 'Paying' stage but then take the amount of the revenue schedule from the following month (as a lot of customers are charged pro-rata in their first month). Any advice on how to do this?

    Hi Sachin,

     

    Thanks for your reply. We're already calculating that with an Opportunities, Products and Schedules report. The formula we use for ARPU is REVENUE_AMOUNT.CONVERT:SUM / RowCount (and we do this per calendar month).

     

    However, I'd like to do an additional report to calculate this only for the accounts for which the previous Schedule month has been 0 (i.e. new users).

     

    Any thoughts on how to do this?
