I have created embedded service deployment for chat service.
When I click on Chat with an expert buttom, It is not loading the chat window. It is showing only Loading.Thisfunctionality is not working only for one website remaining all the websites it is working.

Do you have direct link to that prechat form ? Can you please try it once instead of embedding it !
