Multiple Leads from the Same Person (same name, contact info, company)

We currently receive multiple leads, from the same person(s), who fill out our different forms on different websites. The contact information (including company name) is the same but when the form comes in, we have multiple leads created that can be assigned to multiple agents. 

 

Is there a way for the system to automatically combine the leads or  connect the two leads together, so that when one lead gets assigned the other lead gets assigned? What other options are there to assist the system in recognizing the leads are the same?

    Not automatically, you would need to use one of the AppExchange packages that dupe Duplicate Management. Search the AppExchange for "duplicate" and you'll see plenty of matches.  Try them out in your Sandbox to find the one that best fits your needs.
