We recently updated the chat transcript lightning page. Prior to the update we would receive a color coded alert the customer had replied - tab would turn yellow then red.

    @Tammy Summerson,  Yes.  It was not the pre-chat form at all it was my tab settings.   I had Chat Transcripts set as a subtab.  It has to be a workspace tab so it can receive the alert.  It can not receive it if its a subtab of Case as I HAD it.  I changed it to how it looks before and it was able to receive the alert.  Let me know if that worked so I don't feel alone in my frustration and head banging.
