Who is the case owner when using Case Teams? Is it the agent that pulls the case or will it be the Case Team if the agent belongs to a team? Thank you

We are considering using Case Teams. I have read through documentation but would like to know who will be listed as the case owner> Thanks

Hi Tammy,   Irrespective of wether you have setup the Case Teams or not the user who is listed under the Case Owner field on the Case will be the Owner of the Case.
