I do Machine Learning on Python using my custom models, and I wanted to know what was the easiest way to deploy my predictions on the profiles of opportunities on SalesForce (Lightning).
I have no prior experience on SalesForce, and I can't find a clear answer on the net, except using Einstein AI but I want to work on my custom models that I build in Python and not the ones pre-built on Einstein AI.

Each record in salesforce has a unique 18 char ID is used for most updates. You should be able to find a good start here. Hope the vocab tips help.
