Why can't I find "enable historical trending" in setup?

There are multiple recent articles saying to type historical trending in the quick find box, however there are no hits...

    Hi James,

     

    What edition of Salesforce are you on?

     

    Historical Trend Reporting is available only in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
