I do not know how to resolve this issue...cannot create a new dashboard. The "New Dashboard" button is missing from the Reports Tab and I get an Insuff. Priv. message on the Dashboard tab. (see screen shots, below). I am the System Administrator. Spent an hour or so reviewing various SalesForce help files and tutorials (Trailhead, etc.). Nothing is helpful.
