Add a Bcc to my mass email

Is there a way to add a Bcc to my mass emails? One of our users would like to copy herself on every email that she sends to her contacts . The organization is already using the compliance Bcc option. We would like to have the same process set up for her but on a user level.

If your user is mass emailing from Classic, they can select the option "BCC me on one message" when sending.

I cannot find a setting like this in Lightning anywhere, though :/
