Opportunity Last Modified - Including Chatter Posts

Is there a way to update the 'last modified date' on the Opportunity record to include whether or not a Chatter post has been made on the same record?  The requirement is simply to identify where an opportunity has not been updated in the last 72 hours, including any Chatter posts that may have been made on the same record.

    I feel like this is doable with Process Builder and Flow. When a chatter post is created a process would kick off and the flow would modify the opp somehow. Perhaps check a checkbox, wait an hour, and uncheck it.

     

    Might be over-engineering. But it seems do-able.
