I cannot create an email from a template. From Content Builder, I click Create, then Email Message, but do not have the choice to select a template. Are there permissions that I need to be assigned?

I cannot create an email from a template either from Email Studio or Content Builder.

If I go in from EMail Studio | Email | Content, click the Create button, then Email Message, the new email defaults to HTML as the Creation Method.

I can create a template from a template, just not an email...

Are there permissions that need to be set to allow me to create from a template?
