I'm creating a word doc mail merge. I have most of it working well, using fields from the person account & case. However, I want the case origin & I can't get it to work.
Following the format of the other fields, I think it should look something like this:
«Case_Case Origin» I've tried without a space & with an underscore & it doesn't work. This is an example of another picklist field that does work: «Case_HowDidYouHear»
Any ideas?

«Case_Origin» doesn't work; I just get the blank lines. There is definitely text in the field I'm merging from.
