I have a checkbox called Safeguarding concern on the person account page & if that's ticked I want my formula field called Safeguarding indicator to display an alarm bell (taken from the graphics pack)
I have this formula:
IF(
Account.Safeguarding_concern__c ,
IMAGE("/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=015b0000000sQwW", "*", 16, 16),
"")
which doesn't work (although I dont get a syntax error). However, if I strip everything off, except the middle line I get the alarm bell image showing perfectly, so I know the link works...
How do I get the alarm bell to show if the checkbox is ticked & nothing if its not?
