Pop up message when a case is assigned to a user

Question

Since we are using a round robin case assignment app, every time a case is assigned a user, is there a way users screen pops a message stating a case has been assigned. Not a disrupting pop up where one has to click "Ok" , but a flash message which flashes for few secs an vanishes after that?

Why would you want that? I think many UI people would say this isn't a best practice. What problem are you trying to solve?

Are you using the console? You can have lists refresh - so if you have a list view for users where cases are assigned to them, this refresh can occur.
