MIN(RSU__c, 4000)
It puts in the number from the RSU field if it is lower than 4000. If its hight than 4000, It puts in 4000. I need to adjust this formula to do what it does except, I need it to put in 1000 on the other end.
So if the RSU value is 500 I need it to put in 1000. If the RSU value is 3000 I need it to put in 3000. If the RSU value is 10,000, I need it to put in 4000.
How do I do that?

You just have to nest it in one more IF. When you create the formula make sure you select "Treat blank fields as zeroes".
