How do I login into a sandbox names test?

If your custom domain for production is https://mycompany.my.salesforce.com
then your sanbox is typically
https://mycompany--test.sanboxinstance.my.salesforce.com
so, lets say you are on cs5, then your url would be
https://mycompany--test.cs5.my.salesforce.com
The easiest way to check this though woul dbe to go through your production org to login to the sandbox. Navigate to
Setup -> Sandboxes -> Click 'Login' next to desired sandbox
This will bring you directly to the correct URL to log in to
