Are you want to remove custom app created by You or want to remove custom app installed from app exchange?
1. If you want to remove custom app created within your org then Setup-> Build-> Create -> Apps -> Delete the created app
2. If you want to remove the app exchange installed the app then Setup>Build>Installed Packages>Unstalled the app.
