Prevent code theft

I want to let others developers use the functionality of my org. However, I don't want them to copy or steal the code in any way. How can I create a package and give developers access to the org ?

 

Alternatively, how can I restrict the functionality that they can use the functionality, but they cannot copy the code.

 

Please help.

    1) Create a Managed Package. or

     

    2) Remove rights from developer's profile "Customize Application" and "View Setup and Configuration".
