I am setting up Collaborative Forecasts in a Sandbox for an org with hundreds of users. Is there any way in which managers can set quotas for their subordinates without using Setup or APIs?
I don't want managers to view setup nor making them API enabled, plus quotas can change monthly so I can't always keep up with all the manager's quotas.
I looked at the documentation but didn't find anything else besides Setup or APIs.

thank you for your response. But what we want to do is manage quotas without the permission "View Setup and Configuration" and "View All Forecasts" for the managers.
But we've made up uor mind that this cannot be achieved via standard functionalities so I'm coding an lwc available for managers that will allow them to only modify quotas for their subordinates without accessing Setup or the APIs
