I have a multiselect picklist, and I am running a process builder that will rewrite the values, but also include the prior value. I would like to ignore the prior value if it matches the new value.
For example, if the prior value has 'IT' in it, and the rule triggers and goes to add 'IT' and 'HELLO', then it ignores 'IT', but still adds 'HELLO'.
The code I am currently using is;
PRIORVALUE([Lead].Faculty__c ) & '; IT'

Sorry I thought that you were looking for a Process Trigger Formula, not the Field Update Formula
