When the status is completed and Task subject starts with word Email it should update the Last Email Date and we have 7 diiferent record types on Task object. I am not limiting it to a particular record type. We want to capture the data from all the record types. But the field is not updating. I have to manually go and edit the record. What I am doing wrong here? Do I need to inculde all the record types? Please help me with this problem.

Dumb question - can you confirm the Task you are testing with has a Contact specified in the Name fields ?
