When I run this report it shows me all the leads that are on my salesperson's calendar for last week with the exception of leads that have a future appointment set up (open activity). So my question is this. Is there a way to include those leads that are on last week's calendar but have an open activity? Basically, I would like to run a report on leads that were on last week's calendar regardless of them having follow up appointments or not.

What Report Type are you building your report from? Are you using a Leads report, Activity report, Activities with Leads? Can you post a screenshot of your report with the Filter Criteria?
