how to change the data fields view in my leads

Just implemented salesforce - viewing my leads, want to change what data is viewable n this screen to include company name?

 

Don't want  to create a new view for this simle fuction.

 

Want to see company name at al times

    Click on the Lead Tab----Click on Go button----Then click on Edit button beside to your list view & under Step 3 "Field to display" choose your fields.
