I have a horizontal chart on my Dsshboard which shows values by type.
IF blue is value 1, green = value 2 and soon, what settings do i change to make sure that value 1 is the bottom most value instead of purple?

So this is in your report itself - you choose which field to group your records under and that is where you choose ascending or descending values.
