Hi Dave,
You can try with standard salesaforce app called "Lightning Usage App" (part of Summer'18 Release) and this will available only Production/Developer Org, not in Sandbox.
Login your salesforce org, Simply click the App Launcher icon in the navigation bar, type Usage in the search box, then click Lightning Usage. In the app, click tabs in the ACTIVITY or USAGE sections on the left side of the page to view the associated data
Note:
Data in the Lightning Usage App cannot be exported as reports.
