If state is : ME:VT:NH value will be USA EAST
If state is :AK:WA:OR:ID:CA: Value will be USA WEST
IF Country is : Canada then value will be Canada.
If Business segment is Government then value is Public Sector
if Region is Latin America then value is Latin America.
Here Business segment is a picklist field and Region is a formula field.
So i tried in this way
IF(CONTAINS(
"ME:VT:NH",BillingState),"USA EAST",
IF(CONTAINS(
"AK:WA:OR:ID:CA,
BillingState),"USA WEST",
IF(CONTAINS(
"Canada",BillingCountry),"Canada",
IF(CONTAINS(
"Latin America",Region__c),"Latin America",
IF(ISPICKVAL( Business_Segment__c,
"Government"),"Public Sector",
"Undefined" )))))

Now while testing the formula ,it was working fine
1)when i give State - as FL ,the in formula field --it gives the value as USA -EAST.
2)When i give country canada -- it displays the value as Canada
3)But when i given only the BUsiness segement ---as "Government" -- it doesnot displays any value in formula created but as per the formulae it should display the value as "Public Sector".
I would like to add a line for Billing state , Billing Country ,Business Segement ---if their doesnot have any value it should say the display as UNDEFINED.
I tried some thing for Billing state as
IF(ISBLANK( BillingState,""),"UNdefined".
So it when i try creating the record without the state ..it gives the value as undefined ,but when i give the country value and not the state value it fill the value as "Undefined".
Any help very much appreciated.
