I would like to put an overide on the New button for one of my custom objects, so that only new records can be generated via a Flow that I have created.
I have created the flow, and set it inside a Visualforce page.
When I go to set this page as the Override option (from the Buttons, Links, and Actions menu) the page does not appear as a choice for selection.
Is there an additional step that I need to complete before I can override the New button?

Well, I am guessing you're having everything in place except this:
<apex:page standardController="Custom_Object__c"............
</apex:page>
Replace Custom_Object__c with the API Name of your Object.
Then go back to that Page(Button Override Page), Refresh it and you should see it now!
