I am experiencing a strange issue where when I export a report from Salesforce to Excel, I can't get it to open after downloading.
Excel opens, but then the sheet won't load. Even stranger, this is only happening with data exported from Salesforce. I have other systems that output CSV files, and exports from those systems are opening up just fine. And all my other normal spreadsheets are working like normal - but anything out of SFDC won't load.
Has anyone ever encountered this?
I also tried moving the downloaded file to a folder then using file>open and still nothing.
I feel like an idiot asking how to open a file - but I don't know how else to diagnose this. Its only files exported from SFDC - so its got to be related to Salesforce somehow.
